Responsible for testing, repair assembly and troubleshooting of various system technologies including Emerson’s ATCA, IBM’s System X / Flex / Storage / Blade Center products and HP’s ProLiant Servers.

 

Key Achievements

·   Designed and maintained various automated time saving applications.

·   Gained a strong proficiency with Linux based operating systems and Linux based Server Hardware.

·   Promoted to 2^nd shift lead. (Until company was purchased by Arrow Electronics)

CNC Dicing Operator

Job duties consisted of dicing piezoelectric ultrasound transducer ceramic arrays to specification and fabrication of transducer components. Other duties included dicing saw flange dressing, calibration checks, and weekly cleaning.

 

Key Achievements

·   Certified on 9 different procedures in the Dicing area.

·   Helped resolve several issues with GE’s Electronic Device History Record system.

·   Gained proficiency with the operation of various automated Dicing Saws

·   Used a 40x microscope to inspect all work was performed to specification.
